[Wt-interest] WMenuItem select on app init/reload?

Hey all,

I can not get WMenuItems selected (and its associated css rules) on an
app reload. The menu has setInternalPathEnabled and the menu items have
their path components set. It all works correctly when working with the
app, but it fails to initialize when the app is loaded for the first
time. Only on initial load, it emits the warning "WMenu: unknown path".

Is this expected behaviour?
